ARE YOUR PRODUCTS FORMULATED FOR SENSITIVE SKIN?

We have not formulated our soaps specially for sensitive skin, and we can’t make claims on our products. However, from the experience of our customers, they have shared that our soap does not irritate their skin and leaves it feeling softer and more hydrated than before. We always recommend you test our soap on your skin.

DO YOUR FRAGRANCES CONTAIN PARABENS, SULFATES, PHTHALATES, AND OTHER ALLERGENS?

Nope. Our high quality fragrance oil is phthalate and paraben free.  Our soap base is also free from parabens, sulfates, phthalates, and PEG’s.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Mojo Body Bar does not accept product returns. We will gladly help navigate any concerns of damaged or defective products. If a product falls into this category please contact info@mojobodybar.com within 30 days of purchase and we’ll find a resolution. No exchanges will be given on any surplus sale or free products.

HOW LONG SHOULD MY BAR OF SOAP LAST?

We have not conducted a formal test on this, however, from experience we believe this bar of soap should last you between 1-3 weeks depending on the frequency of use.

HOW DO I STORE MY SOAP?

Do to the handmade nature of our soap, it is important to let the bar dry out after washing to provide longevity of your soap.  Click here to grab one of our “Soap Savers” and place your soap on it after showering.

ARE YOUR SOAPS ALL NATURAL?

The base of Mojo soap is considered to be “all natural” utilizing plant oils and derivatives from the plant oils. We do add high quality fragrance and essential oil for scent and skin safe coloring to achieve our final product.  Our soap is formulated by our in house Aromatherapist for maximum safety and efficacy. 

WHAT ARE THE QUALITIES OF GOOD SOAP?

When it comes to making a good bar of soap there are five qualities that most soap makers formulate their soap recipe for: Bubbly, Cleansing, Hardness, Conditioning and Creamy.  Our formulation uses the best plant oils in the most effective way to achieve the best performance in all 5 qualities. 

 IS YOUR SOAP SAFE FOR SENSITIVE SKIN?

Yes, the ingredients in our soap have been shown to be safe for all skin types.  However, we do always recommend that you test it first to make sure that our formulas work with your skin.

CAN I USE YOUR SOAP ON MY FACE?   

Yes, our soap can be used on the face without worry.
